These terms apply to all ELEOS memberships, including Float Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Contrast Therapy, Halotherapy, Couples/Duo memberships, and any future membership types introduced by ELEOS.
Memberships are billed automatically each month to the card on file on the original membership start date unless paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle.
All memberships are month-to-month with no annual contract or long-term obligation.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting ELEOS in person, by phone, or by email. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No future charges will occur after cancellation is processed.
You may request to pause your membership at any time. While paused, monthly billing and new credits stop until reactivation. To ensure a pause begins with the upcoming cycle, please contact us prior to your next billing date.
Membership credits are issued monthly based on your selected plan.
Unused credits may roll over for one additional month only and will expire if not used within that time.
Membership credits are specific to the type of membership purchased.
Credits from one membership type cannot be used for another service.
For example, Infrared Sauna membership credits may not be used for Float Therapy, and Float credits may not be used for sauna, cold plunge, or other services.
Membership credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or applied as cash-equivalent toward other membership types or services outside the terms of the plan.
Memberships, credits, and member pricing are intended for the individual member only and may not be shared, transferred, or gifted unless explicitly stated as part of a specific membership plan.
Member-only pricing for additional sessions is valid only while your membership is active and in good standing.
Our standard late cancellation and no-show policy applies to all membership sessions. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of that session or an applicable fee.
If a payment is declined, membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until the payment method is updated and any outstanding balance is resolved.
ELEOS may update membership pricing or terms as needed. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
