ELEOS began in 2019 with a massage therapy Spa focused on stress relief, pain reduction, and genuine care.
That first location has grown into a consistently successful business with a loyal client base and a strong
reputation in our community.

In March 2024, we expanded ELEOS with a second location dedicated to float therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge —
a modern wellness space designed for deep rest and recovery. The response has confirmed what we believed:
people are actively looking for places to reset their nervous system, heal, and feel better in their bodies.

Now, we’re ready for our biggest project yet: a third, larger ELEOS location — and we’re looking for investors to help make it happen.

Our Story So Far

2019: Opened our first ELEOS massage studio, which continues to thrive and grow today.
2024: Opened our second ELEOS location featuring float therapy, infrared sauna, and cold plunge.
Today: Seeing increasing demand for our services, more interest in memberships, and guests traveling from other areas to visit us.

This track record shows that ELEOS is more than an idea — it’s a proven, working business with room to grow.

Why We’re Expanding

Our vision for the third location is to create a larger, more comprehensive wellness space that can:

Increase overall revenue and long-term profitability through expanded capacity and services
Leverage our proven business model across multiple locations to create a stronger, more scalable brand
Diversify income streams with additional float rooms, contrast therapy options, massages, memberships, and add-on services
Strengthen ELEOS’ position as a leading wellness destination in the Chicago area area
Offer our clients the same incredible ELEOS experience and service they know and love, with more availability and convenience

This will be our most ambitious project so far, which is why we are seeking the right investment partners — and it’s only the beginning of what we plan to build with ELEOS.

What We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking funding to support:

Build-out and design of the new location
Commercial equipment (float suites, infrared saunas, cold plunge systems, halotherapy, and supporting infrastructure)
Launch costs and early-stage operating capital

We are open to discussing:

Equity partnerships
Silent investor arrangements
Structured private loans or other creative partnership models
